Matwork Classes

 

Matwork is the most common and popular form of Pilates

If you are new to Pilates, the matwork class is a great place to begin.  All of the fundamental movements and Pilates exercise principles are incorporated.  The mat exercises are adaptable to any fitness level and will help you to quickly gain strength and confidence in the Pilates method. 

Best of all, you do not need to bring anything to the class, all equipment is provided.
